The Importance of Vaccines in the Future of Public Health

I find it somewhat worrisome from the evolution of viruses standpoint. Limiting interaction to the extent of even having a lockdown makes sense. In the long run, once you have a vaccine, a lockdown doesn't make any sense unless you're vaccinating people while you're locked down. Do you think that the efficacy of the vaccine also could be a play a role in all this? Absolutely. That's my understanding.
