As we meditate and as we become more ware of the higher frequencies of consciousness, there are these basic experiences that open to us when we turn our attention to the heart space. And te beginning, often there's this experience of inner peace. Over time, we begin to realize there's a higher aspect, there's a pleasantness to that peace, that that is a gateway to the bliss of the heart.
