"We still need to start sanctioning russia on energy, because we agreed back in march to have an embargo on the imports of russian coal. We then decided later on for an embargo on an oil, an embargo that we know," he said. "On gas, we now have a reduction of the russian exports to europe that amounts to basically two thirds of the volume we used to get from russia."
