Are You Trying to Make Retros More Fun or More Exciting?
I feel like there's always a little bit of pressure on the scrub masticer to be creative with the retros. There's all these different retro ideas out there for hew you can make retro more fun or more exciting. But really, yet, it's what went well, what was ok? What should we stop doing now? And what can we do about the things that went badly? I've had a lot of retros that i've gone into just thinking, like, my head is spinning. Sometimes i walk into a retro and think, like, i'm so overwhelmed.
