Your microbes thrive on different types of fibre. An appropriately nurtured microbiotos well is better able to perform its function, which is inherently immune. You want to try and vary your your eating habits. And that can mean like trying a new a ingredient per week. So i would say it's heavily plant based. A whether you choose to go a hundred % plant base or not is your decision. I personally choose largely plant based, around 90%. That's perhaps the best way for people to eat more generally.
