How to Slow the Accumulation of Complexity
Oster: How can I slow the accumulation of complexity that will make the system impossible to maintain? Oster: It's a really interesting intellectual challenge, but it kind of comes from a certain degree. You have to enjoy suffering or dealing in very difficult- working in very difficult environments creates really interesting challenges to address. And so you can't prevent the inevitable accumulation of complexity. You can simply slow it down.
