How Has Toxic Management Played Out Over the Past Two Years?

i don't think that over the past 20 or 30 years, managers or leaders have come significantly worse. But i think that people's expectations have increased. And effective and competent managers is not lhike. They have gotten better, but they have managed to deliver even in these very, very adverse circumstances. So how can you show them that you care without interfering with your personal life? You know, do you tell somebody to put their camera on when I don't want something weird in the background? Is like of these complexities that have emerged in this year and a half exasperated me.
