Ashley's Husband, Rufus, Was Not Involved in Her Murdered Son's Murder

Ashley Carmichael's husband, Rufus, was reported missing after an altercation outside of their home. The couple had a long-standing relationship and appeared to be normal functioning family unit. Charles Jason Carmichael is believed to have been the man who visited Ashley at her home before she disappeared.
