Are There Any Heart Takes About Titles in the Data Space?

I totally agree with the mindset that it works better, particularly for early stage teams if they try to hire a generalist. I mean, there might be a time in your life as a development team or a software organization that you need a really specialized infrastructure engineer to solve a specific problem. But that is far from the first people on your team, for example. It brings me to wanting to ask about any heart takes about titles in the data space. We've already sort of aligned in this conversation that we're not going to call them data scientists here on. We're calling them data persons, at least in this conversation.
