The temperature was 39.9 Fahrenheit, heart rate 92, blood pressure 136 over 76 respiratory rate 18 and 97% of room wear. No murmurs, rubs or gallops, lungs, clear trust, mutation, abdominal tender, no distended, and the neurological exam were pretty much vulnerable. And the spatial had edema up to, I guess, the means on the fiscal exam. The whiteboard count was 8.7, the hemoglobin 11.5, the plate looks 369, sodium 138 potassium 5 chloride 98 bicarb 20, B-wane 44 and the creatinine 6.4 being 1.23 months prior.
