The temperature was 39.9 Fahrenheit, heart rate 92, blood pressure 136 over 76 respiratory rate 18 and 97% of room wear. No murmurs, rubs or gallops, lungs, clear trust, mutation, abdominal tender, no distended, and the neurological exam were pretty much vulnerable.
