Is Twitter Harassment a Thing Offensiveness?

Recently there was an account on twitter, and irish account and they ended up exposing a lot of trolls. One particular person who was exposed had sent an actavist something like 18 thousand messages over the course year. And then this activist went and confronted him at his folkin work place. I hated that. Ha, do you have time to hold down a job after sending tat me? Do youknow what i mean? People holding down decent jobs, people voting for feenagale lik. That made me really, really, really angry.
