How to Get a PhD Degree in Philosophy of Free Will?

There is no real conference on the nearert science and philosophy of free will, at least not one that i knew of. So neare scientists and philosophers interested in free will would meet at the fringes of other conferences? Maybe one's unconscious ones on decision making. I think tat, as you see, thereno, not really easy ways right now, but but we are working on it. And again, that that's useful to do with if you can find one. Of these courses, oror try to get your university to create oneh, thats all great. Thanks.
