How Did You Get Your Hourly Input Into Your Accountancy Practice?

I was running the practice on sort of 10 hours a week. And what were you doing in those 10 hours? So because I kind of implemented the systems and then started to learn about leadership and culture and all those sort of things. My input was then maybe there was a handful of clients, maybe less than half a dozen clients that I would still have contact with. But otherwise, it was more supporting the team,. looking at systems, implementing systems, improving our systems., still doing the sales and marketing. It's when I started to then coach and mentor other accountants to get the same results.
