It's very similar for me on the energy thing because basically what happens to me is Well, actually I when I was at Google there was a course called managing your energy. And you'll just see this but on the high line in Chelsea You'll just see a bunch of Google nerds doing these high those slow walks across the high line Because they're like trying to do See how the window and I feel like what is idiots doing? But then I did it and I was like oh, I get it I get what they were doing and it's like this intensive like it's a core start someone externally comes in and teaches them. Honestly really really amazing like and I actually really respect that Google
