Britain's Relationship to South Asia
There is a very large relationship between particularly Britain and India that continues to this day. The Indian subcontinent more generally is one that often in Britain we don't really acknowledge the extent of right. For example I think that many listeners may genuinely be surprised if I would say that this is data from the 2021 census. British Asians are by far by a very long way the largest ethnic minority group in this country.
