How to Make Space for Gender Mentoring Conversations

As a woman, I would say, ask the question. You need to know what you're getting into because you can't get upset for a question you didn't ask. If if you don't have windows in your doors in your office, get those windows inBecause I wholeheartedly believe every door should have a window on it. But I also believe once that window is there, you can shut the door and have a conversation.
