How Does Tightness Affect Us?

Gelpan has spent a lot of time trying to understand how a given country's looseness or tightness affects everyday life. Tight countries tend to have very little jay walking, or littering, or, god forbid, dog poop on the sidewalks. A loose country like the us. Is one of the most creative places on the planet. Gelfand doesn't really take a position on whether loose or tight is superior. Both styles have their upsides and their downsides.
