Is the DCCPA a Throwaway or a Disaster?

There was a talk though about appending the DCCPA to an omni because of the timing and pre everything with FTX. The process was very open for people who asked to go in and be heard, but I think that really got lost in the Twitter thing. It's something that could have happened. Obviously, we won't see what may have been in different circumstances, but I will give their staff a lot of credit.
