How Data Made a Difference to a Company

I hope to on any examples that you could point to of how a company changed because of its use of its algorithm. In my career, I work for insurance companies several times. And when I look at commercial real estate right now, some people don't feel comfortable with that. Some people question whether I should trust algorithm as opposed to our brokers or our experience. But if you look at the very established practices of using data, I think there's a lot of opportunities and a lot of experiences we can learn.
