The Bigest Mistake I've Made

The big error I always think about when this comes up is I had a procedural error one time. The head of the hospitals M&M committee proceeded to grill me on, you know, what did you do? And I walked him through. Looking at the x-ray, it looked okay. It almost certainly caused harm to the patient. This stuff happens. You know, it went to M&M, not my mistake, particularly the case itself.
