A, i kind of think the positive benefits you accrue per set a decreases over the course of a cession. But if you're someone who does just tend to respond better to higher total weekly training volumes, that may still lend itself to higher frequencies. I'd much rather do eight sets of squats three times a week than 24 sets of squats in one session. Ah, but again, especially for ly low to moderate a total weekly trainingvolume, doesn't really seem like frequency has that much of an impact on strength gains in trained lifters.
