Diplomacy often doesn't work, they often fails but sometimes it works and we can learn certain things from those successes. And seems to me when you look at how we've gone about trying to solve climate change through diplomacy over the last 30 years... We've structured it almost to make it as difficult for ourselves as we possibly could have done. The scope of the participation and the timing is also a big issue. Much of our diplomacy so far is focused on targets often net zero targets 2050 or even later, and 2030 admissions targets. But there are three organizations, I'm part of one of them, which are writing a report that gives some advice to countries on opportunities in each of those
