How to Be a Successful Serial Executive in a Biotech Company
Alexis has had a track record of success and he's also had some setbacks. I think we agree that what's remarkable here is the sheer amount of cash close to a billion. That is not easy to just tap. And so, certainly a key ingredient to being a good serial executive in any biotech company is being able to integrate across. Know that success is often luck and good fortune and know that you need to adjust to the things you learn on the failure side.
