Is Collagen a Complete Protein?

There's not a whole lot of traditional breakfast meats that fold in very easily into high protein low saturated fat. You could probably do something like ground turkey and have a low saturated fat high protein option. But are you making ground turkey every day for breakfast? Seems a little bit, a little bit difficult. collagen is something that I get asked about quite a bit. It's primarily glycine, proline and hydroxyproline but it can be really important to joints, ligaments, gut health.
