This is kind of like the second founding of Rome, almost. Not really, but it's a transition point, we'll see. The list of things that he builds and does is pretty long. He wins all these wars, totally conquers the Latins in a second war defeats the Savings. And he even lays the foundation for the temple of Jupiter on the Capitol Hill. But the moral fiber of the Romans is weakened under him.
