The idea of sin is restriction, right? Don't do this. It's sinful. You're restricted from doing that. But what's actually being said here is that there is no sin. Your will is the whole of the law. And I include that because all the civil systems basically get us to agree not to recognize that. We have been granted the divine spark of life. That's the biggest gift you can get.
