I'm not sure if it's because of how we're positioned our brand and the education piece that comes along the way or if it's more the services that we provide alongside just selling the property. We've really honed in on how we target our ideal client. And with that, yeah, we're just seeing so many younger purchases,. So many first time commercial property purposes and so many first time property purchases. This is absolutely incredible to just hear. I'd be curious to know your perspective on that.
