Are You Setting the Pace?
As the leader, or you a leading your team, you set the pace. You also set that with your clients too. While you want to superserve your clients, i have a rule for myself that i don't respond to clients or team members when i'm not at the office. And so unless it's an emergency, if it is emergency, i deal with it. But usually it's not. Usually i feel like i could answer them, but i don't. Also try not to think about what i would say when i do want to answer them and i back it the office.
