Mid journey is a tool that I've seen creators use and we have actually used. It just figured out what the room probably looked like, added a light in the corner. Syntasia is another tool that you can upload a photo of yourself and create like a training video. You can upload a script and it'll create a voice. And people are using that for corporate training videos.
