What's Going on With Broadcom?
Broadcom started out making base stations and then made phones. Over the past few years, as the phone market has gotten really saturated, that's when we start to see consolidation happening in this space. And they're really just feeling a lot of pressure by the handset manufacturers starting to take on some of this on their own where they need to preserve their margins by combining.
