A month later, Richard saw a headline in his office newsletter that said the median time it takes to solve IT support cases had been cut from 90 days down to seven. He couldn't believe it because he'd seen plenty more of these cell mistakes which he wouldn't bore you with. And I see this a lot. People are not able to verify what they're doing. It's so much wrong there.
