The House Debt Ceiling Limit and Kevin McCarthy's Speaker Election

I would like to believe that our government will come together and avoid this, you know, medium to catastrophic fiscal disaster. But I think the key difference is just the narrowness of Republicans' majority in the House. And so it's going to be very hard because Kevin McCarthy can only afford to lose a few Republican votes.
