The Hezone City Is Not to Be Given Up
There has been some movement south, but we think there's political imperative from Putin directly saying that the hezone city is not to be given up because it would be such a symbolic act. The idea of them pushing forward from there is fanciful at the moment,. But they are in no position to do anything right now. They are just about hanging on and whilst, as I say, it would make military sense to pull back and regroup and reconstitute themselves... It doesn't seem that that's going to happen anytime soon.
