The Importance of Cultural Work in Downtown Brainer
I have to believe that downtown brainer as it was built with all these shared walls did not have the degree of legal work done for each of these that we have today. It's like we're going to have a building with a shared wall. Billings that touch. This used to be very common and I can imagine, I mean, again, I think we'd have to go back and excavate the culture around these things. Well, I'm going to suggest that it was not done a without conflict or be without culture. Those two things would have had to have been there existing in some way.
