Pastor's Wife

I really do not believe a pastor can be effective without the support of his wife. Spiritual, an eoe wife is deadly. I hope that those pastors wives can find joy even when they are not happy. The pastor's wife's roll is very difficult because of the expectations of churches. But i encourage persons to begin formal study for the ministry as soon as possible. What kind of equipment do i hope they come with?
