The Structure of the Hop Growers in the Northwest

In New Zealand, there are almost 30 farms and they farm about a thousand acres. So that would amount to about 30 acres per farm. And you think about the American Northwest, the average farm is still about 570 acres. If farmers were to do that reduction in acreage, which I would be surprised if it all happens this year, you'd be talking about taking out about 5000 acres,. Citra and mosaic alone, 10,000 acres overall.
