Is There a Recession in the US?
With a divided government, we're not going to have these big massive legislative vehicles that we've seen over the past two years. On the energy side, we are still optimistic that we will get some degree of permitting reform in the first quarter. Beyond that, I think I'm mostly going to be focused on how does Congress interact with the regulatory state here in DC?
