Staying Active and Working Out During Pregnancy
I do think that staying active and working out throughout my pregnancy was the move. It helped me feel so much better. And it also gave me like so much strength that I needed when it came to delivery, in my opinion. Not many pregnant women do workouts, especially to the level that you did. Well, no, I did like pregnancy workouts.
