It's been almost ten full years since my last marathon. My training cycle right now has been going pretty well. I'm at my 18 mile, I'll do an 18 mile this coming up weekend. As far as my work schedule goes, it is a little hectic. It averages about 55 hours a week. So I have to make some concessions when it comes to my training and my running.
