The Third Dimension of Mathematics

Are you and says can there be dimensions in fractions like 1.5 or 2.5 dimension? What are your thoughts on can there be a third dimension of mathematics as first and second are real number line and complex numbers. So when it comes to facial features, I'm not quite sure why it is so. Maybe the answer lies in the field of genetics perhaps.
