He was brought to the ER by his fiance and she reports that he was newly diagnosed with colorectal carcinoma with metastatic lesions. Since we're still in chemotherapy, he reported significant fatigue that progressed to disorientation and the development of myoclonic jerking involving both his upper extremities for several minutes. The lethargy continued to progressively worsening prompting his fiance to bring him to the emergency room for further evaluation. She denied him complaining of recent fevers, headaches, chest pain, churners of breath, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or disuria. So he denied family history, the fight with the cancer denied family history of neurodegenerative disease, epilepsy,
