Local Authorities Running Out of Money
Local authorities up and down the country running out of money. Croydon has gone under, Kent and Hampshire County councils have asked for help soon enough. 80 to 90% of councils have not called in a section 114 notice that signals they are at risk of insolvency. Central government can't intervene in every local authority. They just can't afford it. It's my y We will come back at the end to weigh both Keve and the tomato.
