What I've Learned Is That the Body Is a Vehicle of Awakening
There has been a boom in non duality and somatic awakening. This is using the body as a vehicle of awakeing, rather than seeing it as an obstacle to awakening. We live in bodies, so you can't just kind of pretend they're not there. And that simple realization really was huge for me too,. cause we're both pretty intellectual. It's important only to figure out where to start looking, but once you start looking, figuring out is now useless. You must tell look inside, drop below the neck into your heart area, or drop back into the background of awareness - experience what it feels like to be that.
