The conceptually, it's like sugarfish. The food stuff that for a lot of americans is like kind of like Uh, you know, I don't know what i'm doing here. They're trying to make it a little bit more accessible. There's no tipping. It's just like there's a service charge added to each bill Um and uh just to get a little bit of experience. And so they are again less common than nigiri or cut rolls.
