Is Signature Bank Doing Business With Binance US?

Binance US claims to be essentially a separate entity, although I believe the majority shareholder is still a CZ. There's over a billion dollars in transfers between those two companies on the blockchain,. That's not including Bitcoin and what you can see is that there's one example recently where B finance had to stop paying out withdrawals of tether for several hours. It clearly shows that at least some customer money has left Binance US and then had to be sent back in order to pay out individual customer withdrawals. And it just like to me, it's just questionable. You don't have to do that to run a successful business.
