What Is a Psyup?

A psyup is something that gives the impression positively of one thing when actually it's masking another. The only people that have agency to those kind of people are American military somehow. If you're like an internet communist, everything that ever happens that isn't to your liking is a CIA psyup and then everything else. A psyup would be, oh, there's some rebels here that have rose up and taken over their country and then you find out it's the CIA behind it all.
