The Future of Automation

The most adaptive general purpose labor performing robots are and will continue to be human bodies. Human labor remains necessary, sorry, but fully automated luxury communism is not in the cards. I'm a weird creative type who nobody's trying to automate my job as far as I know because there's just not enough profit to be made doing so. The military and transportation costs that are required to sustain a globalized nation where you pick fruit in one country can no longer afford to foot the bill for that empire. It has cost more than money, it has cost jobs, it hasCost us the solidarity, you know, the multi-class solidarity that we used to enjoy.
