YouTube really likes right now surfacing shorts and they're pushing that on people so it's like oh you can get in on that but you're really beholden to the 60 seconds. I find myself just like creating a trim down version for YouTube shorts that is like less useful but exists which yeah he bet YouTube shorts will change that limit pretty soon.
