At Fairchild, which was my first job, we built one of the first processors that were embedded in other systems. And then I moved to Xerox to the Palo Alto Research Center and had three great years where we saw the future there. All of this stuff happened in the late 70s, early 80s and translated into startups like 3com or startups like Cisco or startups like some microsystems or Adobe or others. It's going to be as big, if not big, than all of these combined because it fundamentally changes the way we think and we leverage information we have around us.
