Is Dugan's Innovativism a Kind of Rationalistic Political Theory?

i do take there is a substantive point to be made to say that, like, classical fachism is still a kind of rationalistic political theory. In that sense, dugan is acting, in some ways, less innovative, ah, then classical facism.
